As a collective group we have a goal to have a Zero Harm jobsite. Zero Harm for our team means zero accidents and injuries. We will not be performing any task that may endanger ourselves or the general public. Because we will be working at a church it is important to put caution tape around our structure to keep general public safe.

           Project Scope of Work: Our goal for this job is to build a bridge for Pepperell Baptist Church, as well as having zero accidents or injuries. Our scope of work is to build a 20-foot bridge. In order to accomplish this, we will need to clean up existing debris.

           Work Schedule:

Week 1- Layout site parameters and caution off our site. Gather materials, checking concrete post levels, installing 2x10s across span, start installing 4x4 posts (6 tot) and completing and logging all paperwork.

Week 2-Continue to install 4x4 posts, laying down 2x6 walk boards, making ramps for each end. Complete and log all paperwork.

Week 3-Continue laying down 2x6 walk boards, making ramps for each end, putting together guard rails, placing guardrails on bridge, waterproofing the bridge. Complete and log all paperwork.

Week 4-Continue putting together guard rails and placing guardrail on bridge, waterproofing the bridge, check for desired quality. Complete and log all paperwork.

        Accident/Injury Plan:

In the event of an accident we are 3.5 miles from East Alabama Medical Center (Primary source). If the injury is not serious and does not require immediate attention (minor injury) then that individual can go to AU Med Clinic.
